The personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us such as your name and contact information.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when signing up for the Program.
The personal information that we collect from you for the purpose of making the Program available to you is limited to your name and contact data. We collect your first and last name, email address and mobile phone number.
Information collected from other sources
In Short: We do not collect any data from any third party in connection with your participation in the Program.
We do not collect any other information about you from third parties as it relates to making the Program available to you.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We use the information you provide us to send you marketing messages via email and text message and to otherwise make the Program available to you.
We and/or our third party marketing partners such as Loyalty Plus may use the personal information you provide us in connection with the Program to send marketing emails and text messages about promotions, deals and other information about our stores, products, and services. You can opt-out of our marketing messages at any time (see the "WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS" below).
WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?
In Short: We only share information with our marketing partners with respect to your participation in the Program and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

Marketing Partners. We may disclose your information to our marketing partners that send out marketing emails and/or text messages on our behalf, including Loyalty Plus. If you would like us to stop providing your information to these marketing partners, you may opt-out in accordance to see WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS below. Please note, by opting-out, you will not receive any additional marketing messages associated with the Program (other than a single email and/or text message confirming your opt-out).
Compliance with Laws. We may disclose your information collected in connection with the Program where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements).
Vital Interests and Legal Rights. We may disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation or potential litigation in which we are involved.

The technologies that we make available to you to provide you with an opportunity to sign up for or otherwise participate in the Program, including kiosks, tablets, and website sign-up forms do not use any cookies or other tracking technologies through the operation of the Program.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by replying to any marketing email that we send and including UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. You will then be removed from the marketing email list—however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.
DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes, the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year, and, if the nature of the third party’s business cannot be determined from their name, examples of the products or services marketed. CAN INTERNATIONAL USERS ACCESS OR USE THE PROGRAM?

The Program is solely intended for people located within the United States where it is legal to provide the marketing messages we send. If you are temporarily visiting the United States or intend to use a phone number or an email address that is based in a country outside the United States, please do not sign up for or otherwise attempt to participate in the Program.
